RETURNS POLICY

Return and Refunds:

To request a return of product please fill out the contact us form on the contact us page.

You will need your email address and order number to proceed. Please note, we will only offer refunds or exchanges if product packaging is unopened, the product is unused, the packaging is in a re-sellable condition and the refund request is made within 14 days of order made.

The 14-day refund policy is from the day you ordered the product, giving you 14 days to request a return.

If you have requested a refund whilst using a promotional discount, you will be refunded the amount you had paid.

Any card refund will be paid directly into the account of purchase and can take up to 5-10 working days to be processed back into your bank account.

If your item is not returned in the above condition, we will not be able to process your refund and will offer you a product exchange.

Delivery and Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

Shipping cost is non- refundable

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed excluding weekends and public holidays.

Domestic shipping is done via Australia Post.

International Shipping is currently not available.

Disco Stick is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit.
